EXPLORE THE DETAILSTerms of Use
These terms govern access to and use of this portfolio website. The site presents my work and provides ways to discuss a project or opportunity.
Intellectual property
Original text, design, and code on this site belong to Mohamed Amine El Ibrahimi unless otherwise stated. Third-party logos, icons, linked projects, and services remain the property of their respective owners.
External links and project work
Links to GitHub, LinkedIn, and other websites lead to services with their own terms. Any paid project scope, timeline, and deliverables are agreed separately in writing.
Privacy Policy
If you use the contact form, you provide your name, email address, inquiry type, and message so I can respond. The form sends this information through FormSubmit to the email inbox configured for this portfolio. You can use the direct email link instead.
This site includes Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page-view information. The portrait is hosted on this site, while technology icons load from an external image host. That service may process technical request information under its own policies.
When the AI portfolio assistant is enabled, the question you submit, up to four recent chat messages, and verified portfolio context are sent from a server function to OpenRouter and its selected model provider to produce a reply. The site does not persist chat history or intentionally store chat transcripts. Avoid sending sensitive personal information; for a private discussion, use the contact page.
For questions about a message you sent, contact me at mohamedamineelibrahimi1@gmail.com.
Cookies & Storage
The light or dark theme preference is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site can remember your choice. You can clear this through your browser settings.
The site does not include its own advertising cookies. Vercel Web Analytics is designed to work without cookies. External services linked or loaded by this site may have separate practices.
Refund Policy
Because freelance services are custom digital work, payment and refund terms should be clear before a project begins. The written agreement for a project controls if it states different terms.
Deposits
A 50% upfront deposit is non-refundable once work has officially commenced. It covers initial discovery, planning, and resource allocation.
Final payments
Final payments are due upon project completion and approval. Once final files are delivered or a website is deployed to production, payments are non-refundable.
Cancellations
If a project is cancelled before completion, any possible partial refund is assessed case by case according to the work already completed and the written project agreement.
